Padel for kids in Ubud
Coached by three certified coaches from Spain, Guillermo, Ceres and Daniel. The season runs by school term, 17 August 2026 to 11 June 2027, on the Pelangi and Dyatmika calendar. Padel fits around school. No experience needed, rackets and balls provided.
Guillermo, Ceres & Daniel
All three are certified in Spain and coach full-time in Ubud. They run every class, they set every level, and they know each child by name.
How your child is placed
Where the youngest start
Our starter group for the youngest beginners. First contact with a racket, coordination and movement. Up to 7 children, once a week, 180,000 IDR a lesson booked as a term.
Kids
Strokes, positioning and rally-building. Where real padel technique takes shape. Beginner to advanced groups.
Teens
Match strategy, consistency under pressure and tournament play. Beginner to advanced groups.
Age is the band. Level is what matters.
You don't need to work it out. Guillermo, Ceres or Daniel spends a few minutes on court with your child before the first class (free, no obligation) and places them in Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced within their age band. Levels are reviewed as children progress.

Terms 1, 2 and 3 each include 2 entries. Term 4 includes 3, at no extra cost.
Open to every child
You don't need to be enrolled to play. The monthly tournament is open to any child at 200,000 IDR per entry.
A tournament entry is not a lesson
That 200,000 covers one tournament, not a class. A single 60 minute lesson is the drop-in rate of 250,000 IDR.
Other events through the year
A Christmas and an End-of-Year Tournament, dates to be confirmed and booked separately, plus the Family Americano for parent and child every 2nd Sunday of the month at 360,000 IDR per team.
Regular Kids Academy
60 minute classes, ages 5 to 15. Lessons work out at 200,000 IDR each when you book the term, and the term price includes the tournament entries. That rate only comes with a term. Single lessons are the 250,000 IDR drop-in rate.

Booking secures your child's place for that term and the next. Drop-in holds nothing.

Missed lessons
One catch-up class per term. No credit or refund for a missed class.
School holidays
No academy during Pelangi school holidays. The term dates already reflect this.
Private lessons for kids
Some children get more out of a coach to themselves, and some just want to catch up before joining a group. Private lessons run 60 minutes with Guillermo, Ceres or Daniel, any day of the week, by appointment.
Up to four children can share a session, and the price is per child, so a lesson with friends or siblings costs each of them a good deal less. Rackets and balls are provided.

60-minute sessions with a certified coach. Rackets and balls provided. Court hire included. The buy 6, get 1 free package is for adult lessons only and is valid for three months. Any sessions still unused after three months expire.

The academy is sold by school term, which works out at 200,000 IDR a lesson, or 180,000 IDR for Small Kids. Term 1 is 1,400,000 IDR for one class a week and 2,800,000 IDR for two, and the longer terms cost proportionally more. Those per-lesson rates only apply to a booked term. A single class is the drop-in rate of 250,000 IDR.
A 90 minute session for intermediate and advanced players aged 12 to 15, capped at four players. It is invite only, confirmed after a level check on court. Term prices start at 2,590,000 IDR for Term 1, and drop-in is 450,000 IDR.
Free trial classes run at the start of a season for children new to Bam Bam Padel. Outside those dates, drop-in is 250,000 IDR per lesson with no commitment. The level assessment is always free. It isn't the same thing as a trial class.
Yes, pro-rata for the lessons remaining, at the same rate as everyone else. If your school doesn't follow the Pelangi/Dyatmika calendar, this is how that stops being a problem.
Yes. The monthly kids tournament is open to any child at 200,000 IDR per entry, a good low-commitment way to start.
