Two ways, and both get you the same physical card from reception. A membership is 1,500,000 IDR a month, or any wallet top-up works, starting at 3,000,000 IDR. There is no separate partner scheme to sign up to.
No. A wallet top-up gets you the card too, which makes 3,000,000 IDR the cheapest way in if you are not playing often enough to justify a monthly membership.
No. Show the card when you arrive and the discount applies. Partners need no booking and no sign-up on their end, which is why all 18 of them are worth using casually rather than planning around.
